Guest Service Representative

The Guest Service Representative (GSR) embodies the property’s commitment to exceptional service, ensuring guests receive efficient, courteous, and professional assistance in all front office operations. The Guest Service Representative plays a key role in ensuring guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay at our properties. They are responsible for providing exceptional customer service and addressing any guest inquiries or issues.

**Please note that public transportation (SEPTA) does not service our property on weekends/specific hours. Other means of reliable transportation will be required for this position**

Position Details:

• Employment Type: Full-time 4-5 days per week (32-40 Hours/week)
• Scheduled Hours: Flexibility of BOTH mornings (7am-3pm) and night shifts (3p-11pm) are required. Rotation of scheduled hours each week- this will not be a set schedule position. Regularly scheduled weekends and Holidays are required also
• Pay Rate starting at: $17/ hr

Responsibilities:

• Check guests in and out of the property
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the local area
• Assist with resolving guest complaints and issues
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus

Note: Duties may adapt to meet evolving business needs. All offers are contingent on background checks. Adhering to Newport Handbook policies is required.
